Are water features high maintenance?
It truly depends on the size, amount of water, and how it was constructed. The way we build our water features, however, are generally much less maintenance than other types of construction. We build for style, longevity and ease of use, and it’s different from how most other contractors work.
Will there be any damage to my yard or landscaping during a project?
There may be planned demolition during installation, depending on the size of the feature and what is necessary for installation. However, any potential demolition will be discussed and budgeted for so that your yard and landscaping will be as good or better than when we started.
What are the benefits of adding a pond or waterfall to my property?
What types of pond and waterfall designs do you offer?
LCM Outdoor Living offers a variety of designs, including naturalistic ponds, koi ponds, and waterfall features that can be customized to meet your unique needs and preferences.
How long does it take to complete a mid-sized project?
This depends on the existing conditions and overall scope of work. It should take 2-3 weeks to complete from start to finish.
Why do you need to perform a design and estimate?
Our clients find that after communicating all the details of the project, getting them down in a 3D design for them to see, and budgeting based on the exact design, really takes away any questions and concerns before we ever start the construction. This alleviates miscommunication or questions that might have been a problem, before we ever start.
