At the heart of this expansive project is a flowing koi pond, complete with a waterfall and a stream that winds gracefully along stone steps and walkways. The sound of water brings a sense of calm and rhythm to the entire property — creating an atmosphere of wellness from the moment you arrive.

One features a secluded, custom fire framed by hand-set patio chairs — perfect for quiet evenings or long conversations.

The other offers more open space for entertaining, set beside a sculpted landsacpe seating wall and a patio with a second fire pit.

Landscape lighting gently extends the experience into night, highlighting pathways and features without overpowering the serenity of the rural setting.
