Nestled in a rural property in Peyton, this outdoor living space takes full advantage of its surroundings — blending natural elements with curated comfort. What began as an empty yard is now a dynamic retreat for entertaining, relaxing, and escaping the everyday. Every detail was crafted to flow effortlessly from one space to the next.

WATER, FAUX ROCK, AND A TOUCH OF DRAMA

At the heart of the design lies a show-stopping, two-part water feature: a split pond system that includes a serene koi pond on one side, and a natural swimming pool complete with grotto and waterfall on the other. At night, lighting beneath the water brings it all to life — transforming the space into something both magical and grounded.
