What’s included in each visit

Please note that our one-time service visits start at $450, which does include our diagnostic evaluation of your water feature and our estimate for the full scope of work. When you submit our online form, we will contact you for more information.

One-time cleanout / visit

  • Inspection of plumbing, pumps, filtration, and skimmers.
  • Deep cleaning to remove debris and dirt.
  • Complete draining of the pond and replenishing with fresh water.
  • Customized recommendations for repairs or enhancements.
  • Inspection of low voltage lighting system.
  • Water treatments.

Regular maintenance visit (monthly or bi-weekly)

  • Removal of surface debris and buildup from the pond or water feature.
  • Inspection and cleaning of skimmers, filters, and pump intakes.
  • Adjustment of water levels and checking for leaks.
  • Basic water quality testing and minor adjustments as needed.
  • Visual inspection of the overall system for any potential issues.

Advanced maintenance visit (for Oasis Balance and Zen Clarity packages)

  • Includes everything from a regular maintenance visit.
  • Additional care, such as algae management and advanced water treatments.
  • Thorough cleaning of decorative elements like rocks and waterfall components.
  • Adjustments to ensure proper flow and ecosystem health. Clear water guarantee.
  • Recommendations for optimizing aesthetics and functionality.

Winterization visit

  • Removal of debris to prevent buildup during the dormant season.
  • Draining the pond and clearing pumps, skimmers, filters, and vaults.
  • Cleaning and drying all components to prevent freeze damage.
  • Inspection to ensure the system is safe and secure for winter conditions.

Seasonal check-in visit (Zen Clarity package only)

  • Targeted inspections during critical seasonal transitions.
  • Focused adjustments for water quality, filtration, and flow.
  • Additional cleaning and maintenance of hard-to-reach areas.

Oasis Balance

Spring startup, winterization, and 15 bi-weekly visits throughout the season.

Medium (201-300 SQ FT): Prices can range from $6570+ depending on the needs and size of your water feature.

Zen Clarity

22visits a year

The ultimate plan for full-service care, delivering unparalleled peace, purity, and year-round perfection. Clear water guarantee!

2 thorough cleanings, 15 bi-weekly visits throughout the summer, and 5 visits throughout the winter for a full calendar year.

Prices can range from $9000+ depending on the needs and size of your water feature.
